HONEY TRAP

Honey Trap is a three-piece band from Leeds.

We grew up together in a quiet village in Leicestershire, playing in pubs and wondering where music might one day take us. After finishing university, we decided to pursue our dreams and settled on Leeds as our base of operations.

To us, Honey Trap represents our freedom to create and explore the world through music. Along this journey we have discovered a love for busking — playing outside in the sun, bringing people together to dance and not charging a penny. It's so simple, and feels like the best way to rebel against all the modern entities that try so hard to suck the fun and spontaneity out of life.

Our music reflects this spirit: the sounds of freedom, with lyrics to make you laugh, cry, and lift the hairs on your neck. It's a place you can escape to whenever you like. And when you come to our show, we can escape together.
