These terms cover your use of the fan upload tool at honeytrap.band/#uploader ("the Uploader"), run by Honey Trap ("we", "us"). By using the Uploader, you agree to these terms.

What the Uploader is for

The Uploader lets fans send us photos and videos of Honey Trap — at shows, busking, or anywhere else — at full quality, without the compression that comes with sending things over Instagram or similar apps.

What you're agreeing to when you submit something

You own the content you upload, or have the right to share it with us.
You're giving us permission to view, store, and potentially use the content you submit — for example featuring it on our social media, website, or in other promotional material — with credit to you where practical if you've given us a name or handle.
You won't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the rights to share.

No guarantee of use

Sending us something doesn't guarantee we'll post it, credit you, or respond individually. We look through submissions when we can.

Availability

The Uploader is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it working, but we don't guarantee it'll always be available, and we're not responsible for lost uploads due to connectivity issues on your end or ours.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Uploader after a change means you accept the updated terms.
